With 7 kids, a farm and business, and everything else I have to do, finding time for fancy recipes isn't in my day.  Quick and easy is my favorite recipe!  One thing I've tried a few times, and my family has commented (good comments :P) on every time is when I use jams and jellies on meat while I cook it.  Mostly on pork, but also chicken.  So many times I have different (meaning not grape) jams and the kids don't want to touch them, so I use them to season meat.  Quick, easy, and the kids love it!
